03 अगस्त को प्रयोगशाला परिचारक भर्ती परीक्षा का किया जायेगा आयोजन: 06 परीक्षा केंद्रों में 1641 परीक्षार्थी होंगे शामिल

*सूरजपुर/31 जुलाई 2025/* 03 अगस्त को व्यापम द्वारा प्रयोगशाला परिचारक भर्ती परीक्षा का आयोजन जिले के 06 परीक्षा केंद्रों में किया जाना है। जिसमें जिले से लगभग 1641 परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा में शामिल होंगे। परीक्षा के सफल संपादन के लिए जिला संयुक्त कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में केंद्राध्यक्षों और ऑब्जर्वरों की बैठक ली गई। जिसमें परीक्षा में नकल रोकने एवं गोपनीयता बनाये रखने हेतु छत्तीसगढ़ व्यवसायिक परीक्षा मण्डल के नियमों का शब्दशः पालन करने के निर्देश उपस्थित संबंधितों को दिये गए। परीक्षा के सुव्यवस्थित संचालन सहित नकल पर नकेल कसने के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम सुनिश्चित करने, इसका कड़ाई से पालन करने तथा उड़नदस्ता दल को औचक निरीक्षण करने के निर्देश दिये।

बैठक में प्राचार्य डॉ एच.एन दुबे द्वारा उपस्थित जनो को छत्तीसगढ़ व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मण्डल के गाइड लाईन के संबंध में जानकारी मुहैया कराई गई। व्यापम द्वारा नियमों में किये गये बदलाव के प्रत्येक बिंदुओं पर चर्चा की गई। जिसमें बताया गया कि व्यापम द्वारा जारी निर्देशानुसार परीक्षार्थी को परीक्षा कक्ष में प्रवेश हेतु अपने साथ फोटो युक्त मूल पहचान पत्र अवश्य लाना होगा।

परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा के दिन परीक्षा प्रारंभ समय से कम से कम 02 घंटा पहले परीक्षा केन्द्र में उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है। जिससे परीक्षार्थी का सत्यापन एवं फ्रिस्किंग किया जा सके। परीक्षा केन्द्र में 10ः30 बजे के बाद प्रवेश वर्जित रहेगा। परीक्षार्थियों को परीक्षा में हल्के रंग के आधी बांह का कपड़े पहन कर ही आना होगा तथा जूता पहनकर परीक्षा में उपस्थिति प्रतिबंधित है। परीक्षार्थी चप्पल पहनकर आए, कान में ईयर रिंग की अनुमति नहीं है। परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने के पहले आधा घंटा व परीक्षा समाप्त होने के आधा घंटा पूर्व बाहर जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा परीक्षार्थियों को छत्तीसगढ़ व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मण्डल रायपुर द्वारा जारी प्रवेश पत्र में दिये गये निर्देशों का भलीभांति अध्ययन कर उसका पालन करने की अपील की गई है।

बैठक में डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री सुनिल अग्रवाल, जिला समन्वयक डॉ एच.एन दुबे व अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

🔹 पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा संविदा भर्ती प्रक्रिया में नया अपडेट/* डी.एम.एफ. मद द्वारा सहायक पशु चिकित्सा क्षेत्र अधिकारी   के संविदा भर्ती हेतु समिति द्वारा प्राप्त आवेदनों का संवीक्षा उपरांत पात्र/अपात्र सूची तैयार कर 23 जुलाई से प्रातः 01ः00 बजे से 27 जुलाई सायं 05ः00 बजे तक ऑनलाइन जिले की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से दावा आपत्ति आमंत्रित किये गये थे। उक्त आपत्तियों में स्थानीय आवेदकों द्वारा भ्रम वश रु० 10/- के गैर न्यायिक स्टाम्प में शपथ पत्र के स्थान पर सामान्य पेपर में स्वप्रमाणित शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करने कि आपत्तियां ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन आवेदनों के माध्यम से दर्ज कराई गई हैं।    उक्त संबंध में अवगत हो कि विज्ञापन अंतर्गत भर्ती नियम के कंडिका क्रमांक 4(2) (शपथ पत्र) को शिथिल करते हुए इस कारण अपात्र आवेदकों को पात्र माना जाकर पुनः नवीन संशोधित पात्र/अपात्र सूची का जिले की वेबसाइट Surajpur.gov.in  में प्रकाशन किया गया है, साथ ही उक्त के अतिरिक्त विज्ञापन की शेष नियम / शर्तें / कंडिकाएं यथावत रहेंगे। तथा दिनांक 02 अगस्त प्रातः 01ः00 बजे से 06 अगस्त सायं 05ः00 बजे तक ऑनलाइन जिले की वेबसाइट (उक्त निर्धारित समय के पूर्व लिंक वेबसाइट में उपलब्ध कराया जावेगा) के माध्यम से पुनः दावा आपत्ति आमंत्रित किये जा रहे हैं। उक्त दावा आपत्ति केवल ऑनलाईन ही स्वीकार होंगे, ऑफलाईन स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे। साथ ही उक्त दावा आपत्ती में नवीन दस्तावेज मान्य नहीं होंगे, केवल पूर्व में प्रस्तुत आवेदन अनुसार पात्र/अपात्र सूची में भिन्नता पाये जाने की स्थिति में आवेदक दावा आपत्ती उक्त लिंक के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे।

छतीसगढ़ हाईटेक न्यूज़ सूरजपुर /शासन के महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं  पीएम आवास ग्रामीण एवं मनरेगा में चल रहे निर्माण कार्यों की गुणवत्ता को परखने राज्य सभी जिलों में राज्य स्तरीय टीम भेज रही है। उक्त परिपालन में आज संयुक्त आयुक्त श्री रामधन श्रीवास एवं उनकी टीम के द्वारा जिले का भ्रमण एवं अधिकारी/कर्मचारी के साथ योजना की समीक्षा किया गया। सर्वप्रथम संयुक्त आयुक्त श्रीवास ने पीएम आवास एवं मनरेगा के तकनीकी अमलों के साथ बैठक किया। बैठक में श्री श्रीवास ने हितग्राहियों की तकनीकी समझ को बढ़ाने के लिए निर्देशित किया। हितग्राहियों के संपर्क नंबर सभी अपने डायरी में रखे ताकि उनसे प्रॉपर संपर्क हो सके, ना होने की स्तिथि में पड़ोसी का नंबर भी रख सकते है। राज्य से दी गई तकनीकी मार्गदर्शिका के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया। आवास मित्रों को भी तकनीकी समझ हो। जनपदों की समीक्षा करते हुए, उन्होंने खराब परफॉर्मेंस दे रहे जनपदों को अविलंब प्रगति लाने की हिदायत दी गई। मनरेगा अंतर्गत उन्होंने संगम योजना, गुड गवर्नेंस हेतु दस्तावेजीकरण,

एन आर एम एवं एग्रीएलाइड के कार्यों पर चर्चा किया गया।

इसके पश्चात् वे जनपद पंचायत सूरजपुर के ग्राम पंचायत देवीपुर, तिलसिवा एवं लाछा में मनरेगा एवं पीएम आवास ग्रामीण के कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया गया। पीएम आवास जल्द एवं गुणवत्ता पूर्ण करने को निर्देशित किया गया। नरेगा अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर होने वाले पंजीयों का भी अवलोकन किया गया।
उक्त दौरे में एसडीओ श्री विमल सिंह, एपीओ नरेगा श्री पाठक, जिला समन्वयक श्री दीपक साहू, पीओ श्री सुनील गुप्ता, तकनीकी सहायक एवं अन्य अधिकारी कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

पेट्रोल पंप कैसे खोले: एक बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए पेट्रोलियम रिटेल आउटलेट्स यानी पेट्रोल पंप के लिए राज्य स्तर पर लाइसेंस की अनिवार्यता को खत्म कर दिया है। यह बदलाव 14 नवंबर 2024 को खाद्य नागरिक आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण विभाग की ओर से जारी एक अधिसूचना के जरिए लागू किया गया है। अब पेट्रोल पंप खोलने के लिए व्यवसायियों को सिर्फ केंद्रीय पेट्रोलियम अधिनियम के नियमों का पालन करना होगा। पहले की दोहरी अनुमति की प्रक्रिया को हटाकर इसे आसान बना दिया गया है।

क्या बदला और क्यों है यह अहम

पहले पेट्रोल पंप शुरू करने के लिए व्यवसायियों को कलेक्टर के माध्यम से खाद्य विभाग से क्रय विक्रय का लाइसेंस प्राप्त करना होता था। प्रत्येक वर्ष अथवा तीन वर्ष में एक बार लाइसेंस का रिन्यूवल कराना होता था। राज्य शासन और केंद्र, दोनों जगह से अनुमति लेने की दोहरी प्रक्रिया से समय और पैसा दोनों खर्च होते थे, साथ ही कागजी कार्रवाई भी बढ़ जाती थी। अब केवल केंद्र के नियमों का पालन करना काफी होगा। इससे व्यवसायियों को राहत मिलेगी और पेट्रोल पंप खोलने की प्रक्रिया तेज और सस्ती हो जाएगी। यह कदम छत्तीसगढ़ में व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देने और नियमों को सरल बनाने की दिशा में बड़ा बदलाव है।

व्यवसायियों को कैसे होगा फायदा

अब कम कागजी कार्रवाई और एक ही स्तर की अनुमति से पेट्रोल पंप जल्दी शुरू हो सकेंगे। नए व्यवसायी, खासकर छोटे उद्यमी और तेल कंपनियां, बिना ज्यादा परेशानी के अपना काम शुरू कर सकेंगे। यह सुधार ग्रामीण और दूरदराज के इलाकों में पेट्रोल पंप खोलने को बढ़ावा देगा, जहां अभी ईंधन की पहुंच कम है।

राज्य और जनता को क्या लाभ
इस बदलाव से छत्तीसगढ़ में ईंधन की उपलब्धता बढ़ेगी, जिससे लोगों को पेट्रोल-डीजल आसानी से मिल सकेगा। खासकर उन इलाकों में, जहां अभी पेट्रोल पंप कम हैं, वहां सुविधा बेहतर होगी। साथ ही, नए पेट्रोल पंप खुलने से राज्य में निवेश बढ़ेगा और बुनियादी ढांचे का विकास होगा। यह सरकार के उस लक्ष्य को भी पूरा करता है, जिसमें व्यवसाय करने में आसानी और आर्थिक विकास पर जोर दिया गया है।

छत्तीसगढ़ बन रहा व्यवसाय के लिए आकर्षक

मुख्यमंत्री  विष्णु देव साय का कहना है कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार राज्य में व्यवसायों के लिए अनुकूल माहौल बनाने को लेकर गंभीर है। नियमों को सरल करके और अनावश्यक बाधाओं को हटाकर राज्य उद्योग, व्यवसाय को सहूलियत और निवेश को प्रोत्साहित करने की दिशा में काम कर रही है। इससे न सिर्फ व्यवसायियों को फायदा होगा, बल्कि राज्य की जनता को भी बेहतर सेवाएं मिलेंगी। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के इस निर्णय से पेट्रोल पंप खोलना आसान हो गया है। यह कदम न केवल सभी क्षेत्रों में ईंधन की पहुंच बढ़ाएगा, बल्कि राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था को भी मजबूत करेगा।

Feeling refreshed after an espresso, we walked a short distance to the small but welcoming Banya Bashi Mosque, then descended into the ancient Serdica complex.

We were exhausted after a long day of travel, so we headed back to the hotel and crashed.

I had low expectations about Sofia as a city, but after the walking tour I absolutely loved the place. This was an easy city to navigate, and it was a beautiful city – despite its ugly, staunch and stolid communist-built surrounds. Sofia has a very average facade as you enter the city, but once you lose yourself in the old town area, everything changes.

Clothes can transform your mood and confidence. Fashion moves so quickly that, unless you have a strong point of view, you can lose integrity. I like to be real. I don’t like things to be staged or fussy. I think I’d go mad if I didn’t have a place to escape to. You have to stay true to your heritage, that’s what your brand is about.

Yet strangely the place did not seem crowded. I’m not sure if it was the sheer size of the place, or whether the masses congregated in one area and didn’t venture far from the main church, but I didn’t feel overwhelmed by tourists in the monastery.

Headed over Lions Bridge and made our way to the Sofia Synagogue, then sheltered in the Central Market Hall until the recurrent (but short-lived) mid-afternoon rain passed.

Feeling refreshed after an espresso, we walked a short distance to the small but welcoming Banya Bashi Mosque, then descended into the ancient Serdica complex.

We were exhausted after a long day of travel, so we headed back to the hotel and crashed.

I had low expectations about Sofia as a city, but after the walking tour I absolutely loved the place. This was an easy city to navigate, and it was a beautiful city – despite its ugly, staunch and stolid communist-built surrounds. Sofia has a very average facade as you enter the city, but once you lose yourself in the old town area, everything changes.

Clothes can transform your mood and confidence. Fashion moves so quickly that, unless you have a strong point of view, you can lose integrity. I like to be real. I don’t like things to be staged or fussy. I think I’d go mad if I didn’t have a place to escape to. You have to stay true to your heritage, that’s what your brand is about.

We woke reasonably late following the feast and free flowing wine the night before. After gathering ourselves and our packs, we headed down to our homestay family’s small dining room for breakfast.

Refreshingly, what was expected of her was the same thing that was expected of Lara Stone: to take a beautiful picture.

We were making our way to the Rila Mountains, where we were visiting the Rila Monastery where we enjoyed scrambled eggs, toast, mekitsi, local jam and peppermint tea.
